The Safety Pin

You have to love English as a second language.

Filipina RN: "Excuse me. I just need to reach around you to get one of these (a safety pin)".
Therapist: "No problem."
RN: " Don't worry, I'm not gonna prick you."
Therapist: "Well, that's good!"
RN: "Yeah. This is to use on the patient to test sensation."
Therapist: "That's gotta hurt."
RN: "Yeah. It's for the doctor to use. He's a big pricker."


Hmmmmm. That's what I've heard.
