Turning 40
Today was Fred's 40th birthday.
Elsa bought him a cake with the grim reaper and a couple of burial plots.

I never realized how close our birthdays were. And both of us get the pleasure this year of crossing over into a new decade. (I'm turning 30 and you turn 40). Hope it's a good one! Enjoy!

No matter what anybody tells you, the 40's are wonderful! (Just as the 20' and 30's were) It just gets better!! Have a fantastic year! You look great!

thank you for the nice compliments,I was sitting at a bar up north ordering a drink and you know what.... i got carded.... i took out my DL and handed it to her, it so happened to be on my bday 4-3, she thought i was 24-25, so i was polite and she blurted out wow you have just turned the big "40" but in my head why ask my id anyways ??!#% just let me enjoy my drink and lament the aging process later! i hope when that lady turns 40 she looks 50 maybe 60, anyways its just a number, i guess ?
