It Was Twenty Years Ago Today

Twenty years ago today, my brother in law called to tell me my sister had the baby.
"Well...is a girl or a boy?", I asked.
"It's a boy.", he replied.

With three nephews and no nieces, I have to admit, I was hoping for a girl.
It's amazing how quickly you forget about such things when you look into the eyes of a newborn.
He was perfect.
And, I wouldn't trade him for the world.
